Great Time on the East Coast Trip

I went to the Washington Monument. The place was my favorite place, and I had wanted to go there for long time,

because I saw the place in many movies, for example, "Forrest Gump", so I wanted to see the place by myself. When I reached the place, I was moved and glad. I took many pictures. I didn't know about the base of the monument, so when I saw it, I was a little surprised, because I thought it's in the water of the pond. There were many American flags around the tower. I took a picture and sent an e-mail to my mother. My mother also didn't know the base of it, so she was also surprised and glad. The picture which includes me will be a memory forever and I will be proud of it.
