During my East Coast Trip, I turned 20 years old. It was April 15th, the last day of the trip. I was a little feeling nervous to be an adult, but I was looking forward to the day. I expected my friends had a party for me. Actually, my group always celebrates group members' birthdays every time. Before my birthday, I was a little excited to imagine what will happen then. In the night before my birthday, we were each at the hotel room. I didn’t expect anything then. My roommate took me outside she said she want to buy something. We killed time a little at the lobby and went back to our room. Then, when I opened the door, my friends surprised me with singing happy birthday song! I was really astonished by that sudden happening. I was so happy to see their smiles. After a few minutes, the hotel man came to my room and gave me chocolate cake plate! Wow! My friend ordered it before. What a cool present! Also, my friends gave me cute presents. Almost all things were cat’s shape. They know I love cats. I was almost crying then. After that, Hillton hotel waiters served me a big cake again! It was strawberry cake and many candles were there. We took a picture with this and it was so nice picture! I’ll make it my treasure. I love my friends' happy smiles and they are the best present for me. I was so glad to have my twentieth birthday in Washington D.C. and spend with my wonderful friends together. Thank you everyone!
