My East Coast Trip !!

I went to Boston and Washington D.C. from April 7 to April 12. I really enjoyed it. I visited many historical buildings and statues. In Boston, I visited Mayflower Ⅱ, Pilgrim Village, Orchard House, Walden Pond, Old North Church, and so on. My favorite place in Boston was Plymouth Plantation. There were many actors dressed in the 17 century costumes. First, I entered the house, in which a woman was cooking and a man was sitting in a chair. I tried to ask them some questions. They talked about the life in the 17th century, but it was difficult for me to understand because they talked fast. Next, I went around the village. Then I saw a strange scene. When a man whistled, four cows came out from nowhere. The cows were very big, so I was surprised by them. When one of my friends imitated his action and whistled, the man suddenly got angry because it was dangerous for us. She was reprimanded by the man. After that, I ate turkey lunch with my friends. It was my first time to eat turkey. It was good. I want to go there again.

In Washington DC, I looked at many buildings and statues too. I was looking forward to going to the Lincoln Memorial. The statue of Lincoln was bigger than I thought. I took a video with my camera. It is one of my best memories. I learned a lot about American history. Above all, I thought about wars in American History. I do not know much about them, so I want t learn more. I wish there were peace all over the world.

I really enjoyed going on the East Coast Trip. It was one of my best memories. I’m happy!!
