I was surprised at open adoption in America. In Japan, it is rare. I heard many times, "I have an adopted child." And there is also an adopted child in my host family. Japanese usually hide the truth of adoption. Sometimes, an adopted child also doesn't know it. An adopted child is almost not accepted in Japan. It's a big problem. American adoption of a child is more open.

There are various families all over the world. It's natural that there is an adopted child. But Japanese care about what people think of it. I think that's too bad. What people think is no matter. The natter is if the parent can love an adopted child. I think that Japan must do open adoption like America. If an adopted child is to be more open, both parents and adopted child may be happy.

I heard that a child and birth mother can meet easier in America. It's good. If it is a truth, I think adoption is easier. Japan should follow America. Adoption is not a bad thing, but a good thing. Japan has to be more usual about it.
